How to request deletion

SpotWorks accounts are workplace accounts created by your employer or facility administrator. To request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it:

1. Email hello@spotworks.in with the subject line "Account deletion request".
2. Include your full name, the phone number registered with your account, and the facility or organisation you work with, so we can verify the request.
3. We will confirm the request with you and, where the account was created by your employer, coordinate with your facility administrator.

You can also ask your facility administrator directly — they can remove your account from within SpotWorks.

What is deleted, and when

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. We delete your account credentials and profile information (name, phone number, email address, photo). Operational records created during your work — such as attendance entries, checklist submissions, and maintenance logs — may be retained by your employer's facility account where required for statutory compliance, payroll, or audit purposes; after deletion they are no longer linked to an active account.
